I'm new to this board and learning a lot going through the threads.

I currently have a Micrologix 1100/B and my understanding this does have Modbus/TCP capabilities. I have a network security appliance that will detect (control/register) changes to a PLC device through Modbus/TCP. I'd like to build a lab that can demonstrate changes on my PLC with the network security appliance sitting inline. Is there a way to do this. I'm thinking if there was a way to build a proxy device that will capture the changes and push them out to the 1100.

Hopefully I'm making sense?

I don't believe the ML1100 supports Modbus TCP. It does however support
Modbus RTU master/slave on its serial port.

The ML1400 does support Modbus TCP on its Ethernet port.

Typo, I meant it does NOT have Modbus/TCP. Any helpful suggestions on a workaround? I don't have the resources to build a lab with a 1400 and the cost of the software.
