How to load the program from a working Honeywell MiniCOP module 627-1002 from a PLC

I need your help to learn how to load the program from a working Honeywell MiniCOP module 627-1002 from 620 series PLC and then to download it to an empty module 627-1002 on an identical system. I understood that first I have to clear the empty MiniCOP and then load the 48 files of OS9. I do have the files but I was not able to connect to the module.
I have an Windows based software 623-6226 Honeywell IPC 620 and the Manual. But I could not get it.🤞🏻

I will appreciate any help, tips and any questions for details.
