I have a 9300 servo drive that I am trying to connect to with global drive connect software easy. I have connected to the drive with windows XP, but my current laptop has windows 7 on it. I plug in the CAN module and window installs the driver. When I try to connect it can't find any drives. Any ideas on the setup? I have contacted Lenze support but haven’t heard back yet.
