Factory Talk View Studio SE - Pop Up Menu Problem

I have a project in Factory Talk View Studio SE that I am working on and it is giving me all sorts of grief. I have some valves and various other things on pop up menus that work until for a couple days, stop working, and on a client power cycle start working again. Then we rinse and repeat. The parameter files and tags all seem to be correct and all seem to be pointing to the proper locations. Is this an issue anyone has encountered in SE before or is it maybe a client issue?
