Struggling to find data for the Balluff IO-Link BCM R15E-200 condition monitoring sensor to use it in a TIA project with a S7-1515F CPU - anyone used one?

Are you sure on that part number? Could this be it? This link shows a BCM R15E-002. The download button is dead, but if you scroll down there is an IODD file about half way down the page.
