Factory Talk View SE to MS SQL database creation fails!!

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a database under Connections in Factory Talk View SE.
I have MS SQL server 2008 installed in my PC. I have installed ODBC driver already.

when i try to connect to one of the user i created in one of the instances in MS SQL Server 2008, i get the following error shown in the picture.

Anyone has had this error??
