WAGO BTEG help

Hello. I am hoping that others here have set up wireless gateways, using a WAGO BTEG part number 758-918. I believe I have it all wired correctly, following the guide and I believe I have autoconfigured it correctly however, I am not sure. I have 2 WAGO's connected to the same ethernet switch at my desk, to set this thing up. I looked for a tech support number however, they all appear to be in Germany, and would no doubt be closed at this time. Any help would be awesome. Thank you.
