Factory Talk View 8.2 SE NOT “holding connection” with the tags

Hello,
I am working with Factory Talk View 8.2 SE (Local). I am having an issue with the client viewer “holding connection” with the tags. I open my client viewer after connecting it to enterprise and on my first project screen it will show 80% of the tags. I click on another screen and all tag connections are gone. I come back to the main screen (first screen), same thing all connections are lost.
Please help me out.

what connection? there is an option in the site edition client wizard, retain client tag connection. make sure it is checked.
