RSLogix500

N Variables are integers (16) bit, Floats are either 32 or 64 bit. you need to do the maths in F registers then if required convert to an integer
 
Are you trying to scale an analog? If so, use the SCP instruction if your controller supports it. Much easier for others to follow.
