Factory talk view SE 8.2 toolbar not working

I am currently running Factory talk view SE 8.2 and have ran into several problems when it comes to toolbar. Several months ago, my objects tool bar will no longer dock. I have contacted Rockwell and even had the remote in and they cannot fix the issue. Now the alignment toolbar will not show up at all.
Please let me know if you can resolve this issue.

Did you have a second monitor at one time? Perhaps it is showing up on the now disconnected monitor.

That fixed the issue for the toolbar that could not be located. However, I still need help trying to dock another toolbar. I have clicked the area on the toolbar that is created to make it dock. I have dragged it to different areas.. nothing happens. Rockwell even looked at it and they couldn't fix the issue.

There is a registry key that holds the toolbar settings.
It's been a long time since I have used that, but deleting the value will reset the toolbars to default. I have used it to recover lost toolbars (on a second monitor, or when changing a laptop from docked to undocked).

If I can find that key I'll let you know.
Search and delete at your own risk.

Well, deleting this key did reset my toolbars.

If you feel adventurous: close FTStudio, backup/export that registry folder and then delete.

Or ask tech support on their opinion about doing that.
