Are you asking for a sample PLC program for a 317T-2DP ?
That will be long way to get an existing machine up and running.
The photo of the PLC on a workbench makes me think that this is a test setup and not an actual machine.

we are happy with only a sample or whatever... to get communication again between plc and laptop

I think that without S7-Technology option in STEP7, you cannot create a STEP7 Project with a 317T-2DP CPU.

we can not comunicate with plc. have new memory card ..

found solution ourself .. simatic manager 5.1 can not communicate with 8mb card. we installed 5.4 and could load new firmware .

put memory card back and working again
