Has anyone used this drive for positioning? This has been specified in an application where we have used reversing DC drives and seperate encoders and counter modules before. Any issues? Any way to preserve position through a power down? How about end of travel limits?

I too am interested in this. It looked promising at Automation Fair. I was supposed to get a beta to try in one of our machines, but never heard from Rockwell. Problems?

No 'problems' yet (only opportunities). Have the manuals and have gone through them. Just looking for any real application experience that may exist out there. Trying not to re-invent the wheel.
