Ascii Commands in Structured Text

I'm having some trouble getting this code to work. Currently I have a Ladder Logic version working perfectly. I converted the Code to Structured Text by using what I had in Ladder and also used the Studio 5000 Instruction Reference.
Can someone take a look at it and see what i'm missing. The (TermChar_Found) bit just stays on all the time and i'm not getting the Data from the Serial Port.
