backup firmware and configuration from OP37

Hi
I have problem to backup firmware and configuration from OP37 by prosave 7.4.1.0 .
I made connection cabel and start to backup .
.​

But "general communication error" happened when 94% was uploaded. ​
​

what's the reason of the error?
