We are using 3 control logix systems (3 controllers for three different areas) on a cement plant. On two Ares tags are almost 4000.evry thing is fine but on 3rd area tags are approximately 8500.System details are as under

If we decrease our logic (tags are almost 4500) then system works but we have to run the plant using 8500 tags.
We had also increased the NUT time to 100msec & RPI to some different values but problem is still there.
How can we overcome this issue? Is this due to less remaining memory in Control logix processor?
