We have purchased Controllogix system for our white cement plant at Kohat. And we are facing problem in communication since we purchased it.
Our WonderWare "Intouch" MMI communicate with
controllogix5555 through Ethernet 100mbps "1756 ENBT Module" on "DASABCIP" protocol but controllogix 5555
M16 controller give error message "CIP ERROR CODE 0020 Insufficient resources" for which I had searched all the manuals and help but didn't find any thing about it except this error code in help but with out any details. This message appears when number of communication tags exceeds from 4500 approx and our requirement is 8000 communication tags. This error disappears if we reduce number of tags from 4500 or if all the hardware "Modules" is not configured.
Time overhead slice is 21% for project another also I have noticed that when we configured our hardware with RSNetworx for controlnet then Processor "Estimated I/O Memory" consume all the memory allotted for it.
Details of Memory are below
Estimated I/O Memory
Total 229,376 bytes
Free 6948 bytes
Used 222,428 bytes
Max used 222,428 bytes
Largest block free 6948 bytes
Estimated Data & Logic memory

Estimated Logic memory
Total 4,194,304 bytes
Free 3,255,940 bytes
