citech 7.2 keeps crashing

Hi can anyone help citech 7.2 keeps crashing after 12hrs also i don't get all the pop up that i would have got if i was on the mine site with the same version on citect 7.2. we are now running from a remote location and it's rent to be a mirror image of the citect on site but when i call site they can see thing that i can't.

Contact Citect - unless you do not have 2 licences of course. You can get a web manager licence for the second one cheaper - operates through a web browser.

Have you installed all the service packs for Citect (1,2 & 3)
