Go to the project that contains the template and edit it:

I think you cannot understand my problem properly, better have a look at this screenshot.

I do understand your problem, you don't know how to use Citect and are mistakingly thinking you have to 'Link' to the CSV project to see it........

All you need to do is enable the viewing of the system projects:
