communication of allen bradley PLC with SAMSUNG LCD tv

The same way you would any other computer monitor???

You'll need a computer running the HMI application which is communicating to the PLC. Run a DVI cable to the TV just as if it were a monitor? (assuming you are using a TV with a DVI connection)

I'm really confused as to what the complication is?

A factory near where I live has 60" LCDs on the wall running as ME Stations for production data.

I would have used widescreen TV monitors in a couple of cases, if only WinCC Flexible had supported the wide-screen formats.
You might want to check-up on that your HMI or SCADA do support wide-screen.

I've seen some nice setups that do this. FactoryPMI doesn't have issues with unusual resolutions. A few tips:

1. Favor LCD over plasma in general
2. Use DVI or HDMI (adapters or cables convert between the 2), not DB15/VGA if possible
3. "extenders" can push the signal over Cat 5/6 cable. This is NOT typically Ethernet - ie, don't use a switch/hub, just the cable.
