Control Logix Tag/UDT Naming

Greetings,

Please see attached image. This is a tag array from a Zenon HMI applicaiton. I am trying to create this same Tag/UDT structure in a Control Logix PLC, but cannot. I have tried various combinations of nested UDT's and tag arrays.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this!
