Corrupted Processor ? RSLOGIX 500

I recently setup RSLOGIX 500 v6.10.10 on a new laptop running windows 7 pro. When I attempted to go online with a SLC5/05 via ethernet I get an error Corrupted Processor, but my co-worker has no issues with the same SLC. If anyone any ideas any help will be appreciated.

Upgrade your RSLogix500 to a later version.

What version is your co-worker running?

I guess your co-worker is just lucky if he is using the same setup.
The minimum RSLogix 500 revision supported on any Win7 OSs is 8.40 and the RSLinx software has to be at least at 2.57 for Win7 32-bit and 2.58 for 64-bit OSs.

Thanks guys I reinstalled with v7.30.10 and the issue wnt away.
