cp341..modbus...ASCI II and problem!!!

I want to access some data(9 word) from cpu315(slave) through modbus to a king fisher plc (master)
I use cp341(rs485 ..341-1ch02-0ae0),ASCI II
in HWconfig 256..271 input address-256..271 output address
but problems
1-there is no modbus address for cp341
2-in master(king fisher)which address assign to input 256..271
3-I don't know modbus at all!!!
we have another programer for fisher king plc but he knows nothing about cp341 and siemens he ask me following question
can someone explain me about it.

You can use our modbus driver which can be run on CP340 instead of CP341. You don't need any extra driver then. It is much cheaper and faster solution.
