crash firmware VT190W ESA

Hello to all,
I have a problem with the functioning of VT190W:

At start we have:
- Checking boot = OK
- Checking ram = OK
- Checking firmware ... (hangs at this level).
I have another VT190W that works well. Is it possible to tranfer the firmware? If so, how? With thanks. o_O
