FactoryTalk View is a product of Rockwell Automation's software division.

You can download updates of all Rockwell Automation software products from their website. Start here:

http://www.rockwellautomation.com/global/support/downloads.page

You cannot purchase FactoryTalk View SE directly from the website. You will need to figure out how Rockwell Software distributes and supports their products in Ukraine. You may find that the closest sales office is in Moscow.

What problem "finding and downloading", exactly ?

If you are experiencing a specific authentication or search problem, please provide some details and someone may be able to confirm or assist.

But just complaining that "Google doesn't find what I want" is foolish.
