EDS DeviceNet file for Powerfocus 4000?

Hello Friends
We have 10 Powerfocus 4000 with DeviceNet, We need to backup the configuration, the Powerfocus is detected but as unrecognized device both in RSlinx and RSNetworx.
An Atlas Copco Engineer has give us a EDS file, but it continues as unrecognized. We have done several things but the problem continues.
Does anyone have an eds file to share? PF4000-G-DN-HW
