Error Installing Connected Components Workbench

Hello All,

I am trying to download/install Rockwell's CCW Version 9.00 and continuously receive error code 1317 "an error occurred while attempting to create the directory C:\ProgramData\Documents\CCW". At the point I receive this error my only choice is to cancel the installation. I previously had uninstalled an old version. Laptop's OS is Windows 7. Any insight would be appreciated.

Yes, In computer management I checked that administrator access was enabled.

After the uninstallation, you may need to reboot the computer to complete the uninstall.
