Please, I would like to ask that ETAP1F can be used as a media convertor from fiber to copper and copper to Fiber in DLR?

1783-ETAP's that are not configured as a DLR Supervisor are equivalent to a three-port unmanaged switch.
Additionally, the 1783-ETAPxF fiber modules enable fiber to copper / copper to fiber media conversion.

Yes, ETAP1F can be used as a media converter on DLR.
However, it supports only multi mode fiber at 100Mbps.

Answer
If the 1783-ETAP is not configured as a Supervisor, then it will operate in a linear fashion. Essentially it will operate as a three-port unmanaged switch. 1783-ETAP modules with fiber ports (1783-ETAP1F or 1783-ETAP2F) can be used as an unmanaged switch that provides fiber to copper conversion.

Personnally, I prefer using the 5094 ethernet adapter as media converter.
