factory talk view installation issue

During installation of factory talk view following error is showing.
" error1310.Error writing to file: C:\Users\Public\Document\RSView Enterprices\ME\Activex\Legacy\DatastorePlus\PVP700-1500 CE41\AutoRun.exe.
verify that you have access to that directory.

Factory talk view was previously installed in my system & due to some problem I uninstalled it & then trying to install it.
I already deleted all temporary file of previous installation .

Plz suggest some solution

Logged in as administrator or have administrative rights?

i am having only one administrator account in my system.

Looks like some kind of Windows error coming back to the installation script. Does the folder/directory it's trying to access exist?
