FactoryTalk SE HMI Alarm Summary, Alarms Disappear After 48Hrs

hi all,
I have the issue where the HMI alarm summary viewer on the screen is automatically clearing the alarms after 2 days, not all of them just any that are two days old, i can view them in the alarm log viewer still but the problem is any alarm on Friday pm have cleared by Monday AM so could be missed by engineers, is there a way to change the duration of alarms that are shown
