FactoryTalk View Studio superscript?

I can't tell you for sure if it will work with Factory Talk, but here's what I have done with other brands of HMI. Open a MS Word document and enter the text including the superscript. Copy it to the clipboard with <CTRL>-C and paste it into the HMI application with <CTRL>-V.
