Firmware update error in 1769-L33ER

Dear Everyone

I try to update firmware V32 to 1769 - L33ER by doing both method (from studio 5000 V32 and ControlFlash Program).

But I have problem "Unable to flash firmware, device is not in the proper mode"

And I have another question : 1769-L33ER can support firmware and Studio 5000 V32 ?

Anyone can suggest me to fix this problem please ?

Yes the 1769-L33ER supports v32.

Have you tried putting the mode switch in run mode & then flashing the plc ?

The controller needs to be in progress mode. Yes, it can accept v32

Yes the 1769-L33ER supports v32.

I put switch in REM mode and flash firmware V32 by USB cable to CPU.
