FTSE Tag Server Crash

If I have a number of PLC's connected to SE and I disconnect one of them (lose comms), and I am subsequently trying to write a value to a tag in that PLC, the tag server crashes and I lose functionality to ALL PLC's.

Has anyone experienced this?

Nothing on KB, and no help from tech support after a few days of trying now.

Thanks in advance.
