Friends, A problem came to me, that person can't logon his FTV admin console, As open the FTV admin console a windows appears by asking directory, but in actual there is no directory exist (Local or network) its empty. By cancelling this windows and trying to logon by File----Logon, but also No luck, this windows also appears without showing any directory.
Also a small icon appears in the bottom left corner of desktop with message "Factory Talk Directory Cache expires" As shown in the image and also you can see there is no directory mentioned. Checked and found all its licences are active. Any help or advise. We have admin rights of this machine and trying to logon by admin user and password.
Screen shot is attached.

Friends, found solution. I started all Rockwell services in administrative tools in control panel and it worked for me.
