Fx3u 32mt rs232 scheda plc

Scusate, sono ancora sul problema a far comunicare fx3u 232 cinese con hmi gs2107 mitsubisci. Vorrei chiedere, ma mistbisci sulla 232 hmi vuole tutti e 4 fili piu massa per poter comunicare ? Il cavo dovrei farlo da me 232 femmina - 232 maschio. Non ci sono ancora riuscito, ma in qualche video lo fanno con facilità
