GE Versamax CPU005 end of life?

Can someone tell me the status of the CPU005 processor? I have a customer with a half dozen of these and I'm having a hard time finding info on them online. Has the Versamax product reached it's end-of-life, i.e. is it still supported by the manufacturer?

I was able to get online with it using ME 9.5, but the customer wants to know if an upgrade is in order. What current GE product line would be a good fit for an application this size? It's a 5-slot rack, not counting processor/ethernet.

Emerson purchased the GE PLC products a few years ago.

I don't see a CPU005 listed as a product, but I do see a CPUE05. That does not mean the CPU005 is not available.
