Hardy Instruments Weigh System

Hi 3 Cells connected to a summing board, then to the series b hardy weigh module then connected to device network. Can not calibrate the cells using The red button. wHEN I PRESS THE BUTTON the LED for the cells is supposed to go off then on. Its not the case it stays solid green what ever i do. Scanned the net work with rs for devicenet, ican see the node address of the weigh module when i go into the parameters parameter 14 says there are 0 cells. Checked all my wiring all eem ok checked voltages +- 5v on E*** Milivolts on SIGs, Changed both summing and weigh module still no weigh recording. My issue is cannot even detect a single cell on the net. Donot know where to look now

This is a working install. Measured each cell and identified the faulted. When i scanned i managed to see the number of cells connected, now i am dealing with weight flactuations. Thanks,

If you have one cell bad, how do you expect to calibrate?
The cells only put out a few mV so check all the connections carefully.
