Hitachi h protocol

Hello,
I need little help.

I implemented communication with Hitachi eh150 plc with Java.

I'm able to send command to plc and ask for register value, but I'm not able to decode answer.

Like this:

I read this (many times). There is (e) part of reply as data and no specification. I dont know if "data" is binnary, ascii..
Stream is in hex, I know which part is the message and dont know how decode it. Responses in ASCII look like this: p, li { white-space: pre-wrap; } FFFF000000A0001E0017005F002A006000AC001D001C001C002E001B0019000000AC001E00220049001D001D001B001E005A0017005300150001005B005A005F005A005F0001D5
