hmi profibus

hello.
we have a machine with sinumerik 840d(pcu50.3) and op77b.
the op has been connected to profibus network with address number 8 but
it isn't integrated into s7 plc project.
i've used prosave v7.4 in order to take backup of the op and for this i
connect profibus cable to one of sockets of profibus line(on the ncu 573.1)
and take the op to transfer mode.(channel2 mpi/profibus).
i've used cp5512 as an interface an set pg/pc interface to cp5512(profibus).
My problem is that the prosave software can not connect to op77b!
please help me.

Sorry, I do not know the answer however this is a "Users" forum not an "All Vendors" technical support line.
If you need help quickly I suggest that you contact the supplier or technical support of your equipment.
While I am giving Free Advice:
I recommend that you look into putting the HMI on a different protocol as Profibus is great for digital I/O and good for analog I/O but it is not very good at HMI information, this is better done with Ethernet or Serial networks.

you can backup and restore the data using
MMC (applies only to OP 77B)!
The following data in the internal Flash memory can be backed up and restored:
● Project
● HMI device image
● Password list
● Recipe data list (applies only to OP 77B)

hello.
thanks a lot for your replies.
i have taken backup of the op via serial cable on 1f1a port of op
but i am curious to know that why i can't take bakeup of op
on profibus network by prosave software!
profibus address of the op is 8 and i take it to transfer mode
then used prosave but it can not connect to the op.
what is the problem?

Which adapter PC/Profibus you use?
If you use USB PC Adapter, remember it DOES NOT provide 24VDC! So, HMI ports also do not provide 24VDC. Connect adapter to CPU port.
