How i can Change Port-DirectSoft32 Program

I have Direct logic 06 plc and its installed on com4, but directsoft 32 programm shows only two port(com1 and com2)how i can see com4. I can not change com4 to com1 or com2 in devic manager because these are already in use

Sounds like you are out of luck on this one.

Open DSLaunch and then double click on DS500.ini (or DS400.ini) and scroll through the file until you find the following:
COM1Enable=1
COM2Enable=1
COM3Enable=1
COM4Enable=1

Make sure each is set to 1 and none are set to 0.
