How to SAVE RS5k.ACD file to PDF

Hey guys I was looking through all the posts about PRINTING a program (RS5K V.20.04) but I don't want to print it. I just want to save it (PDF) and email that to a friend who will then print it. He doesn't have V.20 at all, just a bootlegged version of like V.17. He says his company is too cheap to get a valid license.

Printing to a PDF doesn't actually physically print it. It's just converted to a PDF.
I use CutePDF Writer...Free
