2711-T10C9 SER and 2711-T10C9 SER:F

i have bought a 2711-T10C9 SER D for my customer.
They had a 2711-T10C9 SER F but corrupt.
They told me that 2711-T10C9 SER D could not be installed in the cutout of 2711-T10C9 SER F.
I am puzzling over this.

Have a look at the Panelview 32 application file
to see which one is actually used. Someone may
have replaced the back cover with a different one.
