I can ping but nothing is in Rslinx!!!!!

Hi all,

I have an industrial pc PEPPERL+FUCHS connected to a rockwell virtual machine. In ftlinx on the industrial machine I can see my VM.
In the other hand on my VM I can ping to the adresse of the industrial PC but I see nothing on rslinx.

I tried to add it manually but I don't have its EDS file.

Is there anything else I can do to fix this please ?
