IMC-S/234 Compact Motion Controller couldn't download application, got errors:

Hello,
I have Allen-Bradley 4100-234-RL IMC-S/234 Compact Motion Controller, I could connected to controller, but I unable download application to Controller, I got massage:
Communication TimeOut:
"Check Syntax: .FR="
after retry download again got:
"Check Syntax: .D"
and I have Status Led "Led of 1 is always Solid".
Sometimes I could upload from drive.
How to solve this problem? Please help.
