Insufficient memory to create subscription

Hi,

We had a power bump last night. After we got everything back up an running I had an alarm come in.
Unable to subscribe to alarms from controller TSI_Furnace.Insufficient memory to create subscription. (Server:RNA://$Global/Server:RSLinx EnterpriseServer)

Has any body had this particular alarm and how did they clear it.
I'm using Factory talk View SE 7.0
and Factory talk studio.
