Try the utility in this thread called IP Switcher. I found it works for me.

I use a widget from Yahoo to switch between IP's with 2 clicks. Each can be edited easily for additional IP's. Check out http://widgets.yahoo.com/

Search for IP switcher...I use IPSwap but there are others

NetSetMan is ok. I use it. It is very easy, you can create up to 6 profiles and download or upload settings.
