Hi all,
I wanted to share with you an issue that I had with a Kinetix 5500 servo drive.
There was a mechanical problem with the axis, and afterwards the drive was not responding to any absolute motion request, generating the fault F54 "Excessive Position Error".
However, the servo was responding to any incremental motion request.
I was using the MAM instruction in both cases.

I just tried the MAH instruction, that was set as Active, Immediate, and it fixed the problem.

Does anybody have an explanation of what could have happened here?

Thank you!
