Kinetix 5500 stuck in module startup

Hello all, I´m working with a Kinetix 5500 servo drive connected to a CompactLogix PLC... Last week the machine was powered off and disconnected the main supply to apply some mechanical modifications. Now, when we power on the machine, the servo drive doesn't start, it stucks in the loading AB screen (shown in the image). It has not ethernet communication and we cant move through the menu to check the problem.

Do you have an idea what is happening to the servo drive?
Did you have a similar trouble with this servo drive?

Since it is not passing the self-test, I would disconnect power and check all your connections again.
