Kinetix 6000 bus fault.

Hi guys,
I am sometimes facing kinetix 6000 bus fault. I observed and see bus indication lamp sometimes getting off and on and machine is not working.
So I would like to know what reason for this fault.
Kindly guide me to rectify the fault.
