Looking for a breakout

Hello,

I'm looking for a breakout to a terminal strip from a connector that looks like this:

This connector has a .1" (2.54 mm spacing). Hopefully someone knows of a standard component to get from here to a term strip.

Pheonix contact would be the best bet, but this is a pretty specialized connector. Might not be anything available for this application.
