micrologix 1500 and powerflex 700 vfd

I am trying to control the powerflex 700 with a 1769-of2 analog output card on the micrologix 1500 plc. I want to use the PID instruction and maintain the vfd speed reference based on an analog input signal to the drive at analog input 1. I have Pressure transducer that I am wanting to scale and keep the pressure maintained at 105psi. How can I do this and what parameter do I need to set in the vfd. 4-20mA signals.
